My audience location, age, race. 21 + audience (legal drinking age), all locations, and all races.
There are so many different ways to make margaritas. Lots of bartenders have their own pacific way or route way of making margaritas. This is a How To: to my future bartenders, so they know how to make my margarita.

Ingredients:

First, I want a PATRON MARGIRITA.  No CHEAP TEQUILLAS or VODKAS needed.

Tequila (Patron) - 1.5 ounce/ is what a normal shot is.
I want about 2.0-2.5 ounces (WILL GET YOU A TIP!)

·         Citronge (Keep it in the patron family, this is orange liqueur) - 0.5 ounce (if you forget it, that’s okay too)

·         Fresh sour mix - 2 ounces (mixture of equal quantities of lemon juice and simple syrup)

·         Lime – 1-2, freshly squeezed

·         Mango/ and or Pineapples - 1/2 cup, diced

·         Ginger - as required

·         Ice - as required

  • Step 1:
  • Pour alcoholic ingredients into the shaker.
  • Step 2:
  • Add 5-6 ice cubes; I don’t want water down drink. I’ll let know when it’s time for a watery drink.
  • Step 3:
  • Add the Fresh sour mix and a little ginger.  If you don’t have the sour mix, a few fresh limes juice or just squeeze a whole lime inside.
  • Step 4:
  • Shake it hard! No more than 10 times, for the right amount of chill and mixture!!! Remember don’t water down my drink!
  • Step 5:
  • Strain the cocktail into your chilled glass or strain over ice (margarita on the rocks).
  • Step 6:
  • Place a lime peel on the rim of the glass or put salt or sugar on the rim of the glass. Make sure you ask which one to put on my glass “at the moment”.
  • Step 7:
  • Add a little mango and or pineapple to make the drink fruitier.  Perfect blend for a margarita.
  • Step 8:
  • Ready to ENJOY! Drink Responsibly.
